How we embody God’s love
At Alhambra, we live out and reflect the love God has shown us both as a local church and as an extended family of churches called Beloved Communities. As a community of diverse races, backgrounds, stories, and ages, we embody and showcase God’s love for His people.
How we express God’s love
We express God’s love through both word and action. That means we teach the Bible and preach the Gospel as we express His word. Through action, we follow Jesus’ lead to love and serve all and prioritize the overlooked, underrepresented, and those on the margins.
How we experience God’s love
We want everyone to feel welcomed and at home here. As a church, we experience God’s love by living in community, building relationships, serving together, and seeing God work through the Holy Spirit for our good and His glory.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We value a deep love and worship for the triune God, extending worship beyond Sunday services. With God’s love at the center of everything we do, we’re devoted to the Holy Bible, prayer, and corporate worship. We recognize the global nature of the church, see the body as distinct, equal, and one, acknowledge the diverse gifts of the Holy Spirit, and view justice as essential. Together, we practice radical hospitality, celebrate multi-ethnicity and offer a generous welcome to all as God’s beloved people.
OUR Ministries
No matter your stage of life or needs, our community has a range of ministries to help equip, connect, and guide us as His people on mission. From Kids and Youth to Women’s gatherings and community-focused outreach, there’s something for everyone. These ministries provide spaces for age-appropriate engagement, spiritual growth, and community building on a weekly basis or during and after our Sunday services
